Cuplok Scaffolding Systems

A scaffolding system that uses rotating metal cups to lock beams together. No scaffolding tools are required to erect Cuplok apart from a system hammer and a spirit level. The Cuplok scaffolding joint system consists of three basic components: a top cup, a bottom cup, and ledgers. The cup components are ringlike, with a hollow center allowing the round verticle bar to pass through. Horizontal bars have T-shaped ledgers.

As with many scaffolding systems, Cuplok scaffolding is an easier, simple and potentially quicker alternative to traditional tube and fitting scaffolding. Cuplok is a popular system globally and is generally galvanised for increased lifespan.

Frame Scaffolding Systems

Fabricated frame scaffolds are a common type of scaffold because they are versatile, economical, and easy to use. Fabricated frame scaffolds are a common type of scaffold because they are versatile, economical, and easy to use. They are frequently used in one or two tiers by residential contractors, painters, etc., but their modular frames can also be stacked several stories high for use on large-scale construction jobs.

HAKI Universal Scaffolding System

HAKI Universal Scaffolding System delivers versatility, speed of installation, safety and reliability and features HAKI’s Advance Guard Rail System.

It caters for scaffold grids up to 3.65m and has fewer components compared to tube and fitting scaffolds. It is also up to 30% lighter than tube and fitting. It boasts large bay lengths, no loose/small fittings and minimal moving parts.

Connections can be made anywhere, horizontally or vertically.
It can use system planks or scaffold boards. HAKI adapts to any type of application.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Systems

This is a popular heavy duty modular scaffold system. It is based around the same bay size as Cuplok (8ft / 2.5m and 6ft / 1.8m with a width of 4ft / 1.3m) and usually comes painted yellow. Kwikstage uses a “wedge” and “V-pressing” to locate and lock components together, ensuring vertical alignment without movement.

Kwikstage comprises a large selection of easy change components, that when used together, provide an extremely adaptable scaffold solution, whether it be for residential, commercial or industrial use. It provides a simple and fast means of erecting access scaffolding without loose parts.

Kwikstage Independant and Birdcage

Layher Allround® Scaffolding System

This features the ‘Allround Connector’. This ‘rosette’ shaped connector can accommodate eight individual connections.

Specially developed for assembly by an individual working alone, regardless of height, Layher Allround scaffolds can be constructed in all three dimensions from each rosette. Ledgers or transoms can be connected at right angles, with additional components then fixed at variable angles. Each stage is then automatically centred and correctly located for safer assembly.

Hot-dipped galvanised steel or aluminium variants are available. The first of these opens up a range of opportunities, whilst the lower weight of the aluminium variant helps with transportation and physical handling.
